I work in WV and live in OH. It keeps telling me my "west virginia return is wrong" i cant find out what is wrong with it

OH and WV have a reciprocal agreement which means if you live in OH and work in WV then WV recognizes your residency and does not require that you pay tax to them for wages earned there.

If you had no WV withholding on the W2 then you do not have to file that return.  

File your federal return and OH resident return e-file.
