VA and DC have a reciprocal tax agreement....when you were employed in DC and filled out your employment forms indicating that you were a VA resident, the DC employer withheld no DC taxes, because DC can't tax a VA resident working in DC due to the VA-DC agreement
So you go back to the Personal Info page and remove DC as another state you worked in.....for state tax purposes, you only worked in VA and owe no DC taxes on that...then go delete the DC tax forms.
IF you can, see if that employer will withhold VA taxes for you...but maybe they are doing so already.
