I spent 10 days in Georgia, 2 in NJ and 1 in NY for work training this year, am i required to file in those states?

As a general rule, you would not be required to file returns in those states.
Unless your employer was required to withhold taxes and report the income "earned" in those states, you wouldn't need to file a return. Each state has an income threshold that must be exceed before you are required to file a non-resident tax return.
