I schedule my NY tax payment date too early.

I schedule my NY tax payment date for 2/15/2021, but my NY STATE E-FILE is still pending on 2/14/2021, will it cause any problem?

It should not, When you made the payment, New York applies it as directed and will hold it unless and until you request it as a refund.  

You can wait until you get the acknowledgment from TurboTax that the tax return was accepted, wait a few days to allow the payment to post, the check on the New York Department of Taxation and Finance website.  Online services
