I received a form 480.6c for sale of property in Puerto Rico.

I received a 480.6c form for the sale of property in Puerto Rico. Amount Paid was $2777.78 and the amount withheld was $395.84. I was just wondering where I input this on my tax form in turbo tax.

 You will enter the amount in your return in the US equivalent to what's being reported in the form 480.6c.  If the income on the form is from selling a property, you will need to enter it that way on your return.  Was that withholding US taxes?
