I receive a CalPers pension and live in California. Do I have to pay California state tax?

I am a retiree. I receive a pension from the State of California (CalPers). I live in California. Federal income ta was withheld, but state income tax withholding is zero.

Yes, the California treatment of pensions, annuities, and IRAs is generally the same as the federal treatment of such income.
