To clarify, is the issue resolved and the income is now reported correctly and you are able to file?
Turbo tax took my wages from box 1 of my w2 and put it under misc income on my state return. I also can not remove it and now my state return is saying I have double the income.
I tried going put and picking up again but nothing works.
Seems to be a system error.
I only have 1 w2, no other forms or situations.
Which return are we editing? I have no entry there.
Turbo tax pulled my income to the worksheet on my state return. I have no misc income or 1099

I have no misc compensation from a 1099
No it was not resolved. Because it has my income duplicated as if I reported on a 1099, my income is double on my state return
Type '1099-Misc' in the Search area, then 'Jump to 1099-misc'.
At the 1099-Misc Summary Page, if you have an incorrect entry, you can Delete it.
You said previously that 'Turbo tax took my wages from box 1 of my w2 and put it under misc income on my state return'. Since there is no way this should happen, someone needs to look at your return to see what happened.
Since we can't see your return in this forum, you need to connect with Tech Support, who can do so.
This worked for me, after 2 - 3 hours of trying to find it in the MISC Income section. I talked to a TT “specialist”, she was very nice, but she didn’t know how to fix it. She put on hold, then disconnected me, and disconnected our share session….not good. The trick for me is that you can delete a form but you can also delete the entry. I originally was trying to delete 1040 schedule 1 and it wouldn’t delete, but went back in and found the specific entry and was able to delete it. This is a well documented flaw with TT and they should fix it, it’s pretty bad.
