I need to know what my w-2 says about box 12a DD. Means? And am I doing this right?

Did I do everything right on my w-2 as well as box 12a on my w-2 as return? And did you receive my picture of my w-2s.

The code DD in box 12 on your W-2 refers to the sum of what you and your employer contributed to your health care coverage. The amount with code DD has already been removed from wages in boxes 1, 3, and 5.
