I’m trying to file my 2019 tax return but the system is asking me for the form 8915B-T. I have never ask for the qualified 2017 disaster assistance.

I’m trying to file my 2019 tax return but the system is asking me for the form 8915B-T. I have never ask for the qualified 2017 disaster assistance.
It sounds like a form was somehow added to your tax return that you do not need. To remove it, follow these steps:
- Login to your TurboTax account at TurboTax.com.
- Click on Tools in the menu on the left-hand side of the screen (Note: if you do not see Tools first click on Continue where I left off or Take me to my return).
- Click on Tax Tools.
- Click on Tools.
- When the Tools Center opens click Delete a form
- Scroll down the list of forms and click delete beside Form 8915B.
- Confirm on the next screen by clicking Delete Form
