I’m filing for someone else but it’s asking for my information and is getting confusing because it’s now asking for my tax info which I’m disabled and did not work.

And do remember that when it asks questions about "you" it is referring to the person whose tax return it is.  Not literally "you" who is sitting at the computer preparing a tax return for someone else.

You must create a new account with a new unique user ID if you need to file another tax return that is not your own.  The TurboTax online editions can only be used for one tax return per account and user ID.

Go to the TurboTax website for the online editions, select the edition you need, start a new account.  Do NOT sign on with your user ID - https://turbotax.intuit.com/personal-taxes/online/
