I'm a nonresident alien with an F1. I moved to work in Puerto Rico in Nov 2018. Should I file a U.S and a Puerto Rico tax return? Can do both with turbotax?

I'm trying to understand if turbotax or other online resource will help, and which edition of the product should I get.

If you are a nonresident alien of United States and are not a bona fide resident of Puerto Rico, you must file a Puerto Rico tax return reporting Puerto Rico income, and a U.S. tax return Form 1040NR.  However, TurboTax does not support both filings, unfortunately.  To file a Form 1040-NR, please visit  Sprintax .
