The most accurate is to state that you were a full-year resident of California.  You will be taxed on all of your income in California.  Then, because CA and AZ have a reverse credit agreement, you will be able to claim a credit on your Arizona return for the tax you pay to California.

You didn't live long enough in Arizona to be considered a resident.  You are a nonresident, and Arizona will give you the credit mentioned above.  You will want to prepare the CA return first so that the credit calculates on the AZ return.
