I lived in 2 states but only made money in one. My refund for the state with no income is $0, do i have to still file taxes in that state?

I went to school in the state but didn't early any money. Just wondering if I have to pay to file in that state since the refund is $0.

You are not required to file a state tax return if you didn't earn any money in that state.
