I moved from NM to FL in 2018 but my 1099Rs for my pension were based on when I reported my new permanent address, not on the times I actually resided and received payments in each state. I had no permanent address for 2 months and could not provide a new address (was having my mail forwarded) until a new home was completed. Will this present a problem if I report the income I received while residing in each state even though it does not match the 1099Rs? Thank you!

It will not create a problem because your house wasn't built yet. As long as you enter the date you were in the new state on your tax return, everything will be calculated correctly. The first day you lived in the new state is the what you will enter as your moving date in TurboTax.
