It's somewhat tricky since you have a residence in both AZ and TX.

A.R.S. § 43-104 defines the terms "resident" and "nonresident" for income tax purposes. The term "resident" includes: (a) Every individual who is in Arizona for other than a temporary or transitory purpose. (b) Every individual domiciled in Arizona who is outside Arizona for a temporary or transitory purpose.

Based on the above definition, if your intent is that your time in AZ is temporary--you intend to return to TX--and you do not intend to make AZ your permanent residence, I would file an AZ nonresident return--Form 104NR.
