I live in Tacoma Washington we only pay state taxes not federal, don't know why I have not seen the option for me to file state as I have in the previous years??

I'm trying to file my state taxes, yet you only gave an option for Federal, not sure why?

It's actually the opposite.The state of Washington doesn't have an income tax. People who live in Washington generally only file the federal return.

See this link from the Washington Department of Revenue, which states that there is no personal income tax in Washington. http://dor.wa.gov/content/FindTaxesAndRates/IncomeTax/
