I live in PA but worked in WV, it says I owe a good chunk of money to WV but I paid the tax in PA as shown on my W2. How do I fix this?

You may have signed a reciprocal agreement with your employer to have your income taxes withheld strictly for PA if you work in West Virginia. Check with your employer to see if there is a a form WV/IT-104 excluding you from having to report to WV. If so, then you do not need to file a WV non-resident return.
