You earned income in Missouri. File a Non-Resident Return for Missouri (report only Missouri income and tax paid there), and a Resident Return for Michigan (report all income from anywhere, and all tax paid to anywhere).

Box 16 nothing is entered for Illinois (live here but work in Missouri).Box 17 has Illinois State Income tax withheld ($1394.81).Cannot file if withholding >20% of wages.
