Is it the Payer ID withholding entry that asks for a 14-character entry that ends with WTH?
If so, first of all be sure there are no hyphens (dashes) and no spaces.
I have seen a couple of users say it worked when they used lower case for the ending "wth" instead of capital letters. I realize that's quirky and anecdotal, but they say it worked for them. Please report back your results.
Yep. Changed them all to lowercase wth and it worked. Thank you!

Great news! You're welcome. Good luck!
TOTALLY worked for me and my daughter!!! Thank you! This was a really stumper!
I'm having the same issue. So frustrating! The lowercase wth is not working for me. Also tried deleting my W2 and re-entering it.
This does not seem to have been an issue since 2021.
Did you type in the W-2 or import it?
You said you deleted the W-2, so I assume you typed it back in.
If using lower case does not help, ask the employer if there was a typo on the W-2 or try entering the federal EIN as the state ID for the W-2.
