I have an S Corp. in Florida. I never had to file taxes with state but this time is asking me for a bunch of information about the state. Did something change?

What program are you using to complete the 1120-S Corporate tax return?

Ah okay. You didn't indicate which program you were using when you initially signed in to the forum. I was afraid you were using Self-Employed. 🙂  I've flagged others more familiar with the 1120-S than I am. Hopefully, you get an answer soon.

No, but you may have made an entry that triggered the inquiry about the state returns in TurboTax.

S corporations generally do not file an income tax return in Florida except (a) S corporations that were formerly C corporations and (b) S corporations that pay federal income tax on Line 22c of their Forms 1120S (which is rare).

Beyond the foregoing, counties in Florida are authorized to impose a tangible personal property tax on assets that are used in conjunction with a Florida-located business, the form (DR-405) for which is filed with the county property appraiser's office. Form DR-405 is offered by TurboTax. To learn more about the applicability of this tax, the form, and your county's requirements, visit the links below.
