No, you do not need to enter the amount for your HSA here.
 

Your HSA contributions and distributions are deductible in Oklahoma.

The instructions for the state of Oklahoma income tax state: "Note: If you took a Medical Savings Account Deduction to arrive at Federal adjusted gross income, you can not take a deduction on this line." See the Oklahoma Tax Commission's website -  https://www.ok.gov/tax/documents/98511pkt.pdf

When you entered the contributions to and distributions from your HSA on the federal return, they reduced the federal income that fed to Oklahoma's income for state purposes.
