I am active duty Military with a SLR of Oklahoma but stationed in Kansas. Oklahoma is a Tax Exempt. How do I file taxes so my spouse gets her refund.

Shouldn't my wife also be Tax Exempt if we file jointly.

Your wife would only be able to exclude her income if she is active duty as well. Regular income from other jobs still needs to be reported and taxes paid to Oklahoma.

I qualified for the Oklahoma Credit for Employees in the Aerospace Sector since 1/2/2018, but have never claimed it. What do I need to do to claim the full $25,000 since I can't amend tax returns that far back?
