Please be sure to select WASHINGTON as your resident state in the "Personal Info" section.
Your wife, as the spouse of a military member has the option of selecting the same state as you, in your case Washington.
If she does decide to select Washington as her resident state as well, you may need to file a California non-resident state return to get her state withholding refunded.
If your Civilian spouse claims WA as state of residence...consistent with MSRRA....then she should file a DE-4 form with her employer to get CA tax withholding stopped. Once her employer has stopped CA withholding for a full year, then filing the CA non-resident tax return would no longer be required.
(stopped for a Full year: because the current employer may have already withheld and submitted some taxes to CA....unless she stopped CA withholding already at the start of 2025).

The law was intended to help military families to NOT have to file multiple state tax returns every year, but you have to be ahead of the curve (with the tax withholding forms) when the civilian spouse of a military member works in the state the couple is posted to. Seek Post Family services help and advice if this is all too confusing to you.
And read:
What is my military state of residence?
and also:
What is my state of residence as a military spouse?
