I am a US citizen but I live in the UK. I have a P60 which I believe is the equivalent to a W-2. How do I finish completing filing my taxes?

All entries on your tax return must be in USD.  You can use any standard published conversion table to do the conversion; the IRS does not have an official currency conversion table.
