Yes but you would only need to include your VT W-2 form with your MA resident state income tax return if you are filing your returns by mail. (There is no need to send any W-2 information to the either state's department of revenue if you are efiling your state returns.)
Just
follow the TurboTax guide when working on your states (remembering to do your
nonresident state return first) and TurboTax will do all the calculations and
credits to your resident states return.
