I have always been a New York State resident, but I moved to New York City in April of 2022. When I go to file my taxes, I'm only being given the option of claiming Full-Time or Part-Time city residency. If I select Full-Time, it appears I am being hit with taxes for the full year, even though I was only a resident for 9 months. However, if I select Part-Time, I am being charged 0 taxes...
How can I correctly report that I am a full time NYC resident, but lived here for 9 months in 2022?

Allocate your wages in the New York City part-year section. TurboTax is showing $0 tax owed because it is not picking up your NYC income, possibly because you have no local NYC wages or withholding on lines 18-20 of your W-2.
Thank you!
