@Juliemack TT will automatically attach all needed returns when e-filing
Make sure to do your federal return first, then your non-resident returns, only lastly do your resident return.
Make sure income is not double counted during the interview.
most States tax you at rate based on all income, then only tax you on amount actually earned in that state. Your resident state will tax all income and give you a credit for taxes paid to another state.
Do note some state have reciprocity where you would not pay non-resident taxes. Make sure that is not your case.
Good luck.
Thanks for the information, this is helpful. I already checked for reciprocity but there are no agreements between the states in which I need to file. I am thinking about using another online software that won't charge so much for state filings. If I only had one to do, TT would be great. But doing three with TT is too pricey for me. Again, thanks for your help.
