According to the Pennsylvania Department of Revenue, you can request to cancel your state tax payment date by email or by faxing a request to 717-772-9310. However, the request must be submitted at least two business days prior to your payment date of 04/01/2020. The request must also include your name, Social Security number, payment date, and the payment amount scheduled. Please view the hyperlink above for more information.
