On the entry screen for your W-2 in TurboTax, enter MA PFML in the box labeled Box 14 Description and the amount in the Box 14 amount column.

How is the tax for the MA PFML law entered from box 14 on the W-2?
Susan - how should this be identified (i.e., there's the following screen that asks whether this is a mandatory deductible state or local tax not on the list). Thanks!

How is the tax for the MA PFML law entered from box 14 on the W-2?
I see "MA Paid Family Medical Leave" as an option in Box-14 Category. Can I choose that? I assume this option was not available in Jan 2020 when you answered. Thank you. I am not sure if choosing this matter in state/federal tax calculation

Is this added to the state tax total when I file I downloaded my W2 I want to make sure I am listing the correct tax paid. I know I did. Not overpay the tax taken out so I don’t need the form for overpayment but I want to make sure my total state taxes is calculated correctly

Box 14 is an informational box. It will only become a part of your state return if you overpaid. The maximum contribution this year is $520.51 per person rather than per job.

How is the tax for the MA PFML law entered from box 14 on the W-2?
The MA tax states that it cannot be filed electronically due to other forms being submitted and must be mailed? I only have one W2, which contains the MA PFML data in box 14. How can this be resolved?

Sorry, how can what be resolved? Did TurboTax tell you what the other forms were causing you to be unable to e-file? Did they have anything to do with the MA PFML tax in box 14?

I had to redo the taxes from the beginning in order to clear whatever the error was that was preventing the state form from e-filing. It's all set now I think. Thanks for the response though!
