If you have income in more than one state or you moved to a different state during 2018, TurboTax will prompt you to file the returns in those states based upon how you completed the personal information as to whether you moved or if you made money in more than one state.
Here is more information about filing returns in more than one state, plus note the links at the bottom related to how to file a non-resident state return or a part-year resident state return, depending upon your situation.

My question -
I purchased turbo tax premier from Costco, and i lived in NJ and earning in NY. so i need to get credit from NY and fille for NJ. is that possible with premier or do i need to pay extra to file another state?
@aagrawal83 Premier includes one state program with which you can prepare an unlimited number of returns for that state. There is a $20 fee for efiling the state returns, however (except for New York). You can add additional states for additional fees.
So use the program to prepare the New York return - which you should do first anyway and which is free to efile with the program you have. Once you have completed the New York return add the New Jersey return for a fee and it will pick up the credit for the taxes paid to New York and you should be all set.
Thank you RobertB4444, how much will be extra fee to file for NJ ?
For TurboTax Online, click this link and click State additional under the product you are using and a pop-up will appear with state cost.
And if you are using TurboTax CD/Download versions, you can go here
and do the same thing.
