How do we get credit for moving from Oregon to Utah in 2018 on our taxes?

You will actually file two part year tax returns and report the income to each state you earned while living there.

There is no non-resident state so there is no credit for taxes paid to another state.

Also there is no longer a deduction for moving expenses with the new tax law.
