How do I get my Oregon Kicker check? It didn't get added to my state return. Did I do something wrong?

The credit for the Oregon surplus credit (Kicker Credit) is reported on line 36 of the Oregon OR-40 tax form.

It is calculated as 17.341% of your state tax liability* (*less any credit for taxes paid to another state you claimed)
