How do i find the taxable value of my homestead?

Contact your local Property Tax Office and ask them for the appraised value of your homestead property - that would be the "taxable value" of your homestead property. You would also see this value on your annual property tax statement.

The "taxable value" of a property is not the same as the fair market value (FMV) of the property. The FMV is what you might expect to receive if you sell the property. The "taxable value" is what the property tax office uses to calculate your annual property tax.
