You would need TurboTax Business to prepare and file an IL-1120 for a C corporation and the product is currently $169.99 from Intuit plus another $54.99 for the state (Illinois C corporation) download.

Note that TurboTax Business must be installed and run in a Windows environment; there is no online or Mac version. Further, TurboTax Business cannot be used to prepare individual income tax returns.
