I worked for a company from Philadelphia but do not live there, still reside in PA. I no longer work for that company but need to include them on my 2022 taxes. I’m not able to submit my local taxes because I have the Philadelphia employer listed. This was not a problem for me to submit last year. Do I need to file a local tax through Philadelphia? Does anyone have information on what to do in this situation? I can’t seem to get a straight forward answer. Thanks!

Because your employer paid the Wage tax (through withholdings), you do not need to file a Philadelphia city tax return.
Thank you!
Does this mean I do not have to include that w2 on my local (Pittsburgh) online filing?
If you were a Pittsburgh resident when you worked in Philadelphia, you will have to include that W-2 information. @emnoll93
