If you remained a California permanent resident all year, and were temporarily absent to work in Nevada from March through July, then you would file a California resident state return and include your Nevada income on that return. Answer all of the residency questions that appear in TurboTax. Nevada has no state income tax, so you won't need to file a Nevada return. California taxes its residents on income earned in all states.
