How do I claim zero on a W-4 Employee's Witholding Certificate to assure enough federal tax is witheld from my pay on a new part time job?

There are no more "0" allocations anymore on the W-4 form so if you click on SINGLE then leave the rest of the form blank it should be sufficient but if you have more than one job and/or you are married with a working spouse then please use this tool instead : 

 

Use the Tax Withholding Estimator on the IRS web site to figure out what you and your husband should each put on the W-4 forms that you give to your employers. It's much easier than using the worksheets on the form. It will let you adjust your withholding to get the approximate refund amount that you want.
