How do I adjust the use tax to 2% for NC food tax instead of the standard use tax? There is no question for this, and nothing comes up for the correct NC tax form E-554.

How do I adjust the use tax to 2% for NC food tax instead of the standard use tax? There is no question for this, and nothing comes up for the correct NC tax form E-554.

Line 2 of the form is already the 2% food rate. The general rate is used for line 1 nonfood purchases.
