How can I correct the federal id # on form CT-1040NR/PY line 20a?

You can correct the federal ID number by returning to the W-2 section of the program. Go to > Federal > Wages & Income, next to Job (W-2), click on Edit/Add and on the following screen you will see the W-2(s) entered. You can select the one that needs to be edited.
