Hi, I moved to DC from out of state on June 5th - based on that, I've spent more then 183 days in the state. Should I claim part year or am I a statutory resident?

Per turbo tax:
What is a full-year resident?
You are a resident of DC if:
- You are an individual domiciled in DC at any time during the taxable year, or
- You are an individual who maintains a place of abode within DC for an aggregate of 183 days or more during the taxable year, this is also known as a statutory resident.

What is a part-year resident?
A part-year resident is an individual who changes his/her residence either:
- from District of Columbia to another state, or
- from another state to District of Columbia during the taxable year.

You are a part-year resident. A D.C. statutory resident is a permanent resident of another state who maintains a second home in D.C.
