HELP! Cannot go through state E-file in TurboTax Premier Desktop App "Hmm... it looks like we’ve hit a slight snag"

I've been using TurboTax since 2018 and never had such a frustrating issue and a nightmare experience.

 

For 2024 tax, I finally finished all the forms using the TurboTax Premier Desktop App on Mac. When I tried to E-file my state, I needed to pay the $25 state E-filing fee per state, when I hit "continue", I kept hitting a pop-up that said "Hmmm... Looks like we've hit a snag. Please try again or come back in a bit" with a "Try Again" button, which is the only thing you can click, and ofc try again didn't work.

 

I called TurboTax more than five times last week and none of them solved my issue. They told me to restart my Mac, upgrade my iOS, clear all cache, change my browser, share my screen so they can troubleshoot, etc. I've done ALL THAT and NONE of them worked.

 

I called again today (Monday) and have spent more than 4 hours on the phone (still on the call as I'm writing this post). They finally took my credit card payment successfully over the phone AND they said they had another issue and CAN NOT unblock my account from the actual E-filing. I'M DYING...

I kept saying can you tranfer me to the billing department or technical department and they NEVER DID and we kept trying out different things here and there and NONE OF THAT WORKED. I guess I'll have to keep calling them.... this is never going to end is this???? ANY ONE HAS IDEAS?
