Getting the error "Form TC-40W(1) Payer ID must be 14 characters long . . ." for Utah state return. Community indicates this is a known problem. When will it be fixed?

I have verified the number is correct. The Turbotax Community has several postings on this problem indicating it is known, but has not been fixed. When will it be corrected?

Please try removing the hyphens and then try changing the last 3 letters to lower case.
