Getting the error "Form TC-40W(1) Payer ID must be 14 characters long . . ." for Utah state return. Community indicates this is a known problem. When will it be fixed?

I have verified the number is correct.  The Turbotax Community has several postings on this problem indicating it is known, but has not been fixed.  When will it be corrected?
