Where does the Grace Scholar tax credit get applied

You are referring to the Education Credit available on a Georgia state tax return.

In the Georgia state program on the Credits section, select Education Expense Credit and click on Start

As DoninGA states, the Grace Scholar credit appears as an Education Expense Credit on the Georgia state return.
