FW2-060 state tax filing rejection when all information is inputted accurately

I've doublechecked all our W-2s and everything is entered correctly to best of my knowledge but this problem keeps popping up. Appreciate any guidance on this!

How to fix a rejected return

**Say "Thanks" by clicking the thumb icon in a post
**Mark the post that answers your question by clicking on "Mark as Best Answer"

After forgetting to input the IP Pin on the first submission and getting a rejection. I have put in the correct IP Pin and return is still rejected
