Form 8582

I have not been able to file my state tax return because they say I need form 8582. My issue is that form doe not apply to me. What’s going on with TurboTax this year?

If you visited the section the form will be generated. You can delete the form if it's not needed. This Turbo Tax FAQ will show you how to delete a form.
