For NJ state return Other Wage Adjustments W-2, how do I know if I require adjustments?

I only work in NJ.  In box 1 details for gross pay adjustment my FSA and Cafe125 are shown in the column "NJ State Wages, Tips, Etc." as "n/a."  The total reported wages for NJ State Wages column matches Box 16 wages...does this mean FSA and Cafe 125 are included in my State Wages and therefore don't need to be adjusted in my state return?

And does any of this have to do with Box 12 codes C, D, AA, and DD?

I searched all topics and didn't find a situation like mine, most of them were about people who worked in two states...is this section I'm inquiring about only for people who worked in two states?

"does this mean FSA and Cafe 125 are included in my State Wages and therefore don't need to be adjusted in my state return?  " - correct

"And does any of this have to do with Box 12 codes C, D, AA, and DD?" - some of the Section 125/Cafeteria plans are shown in box 12 (like HSA - W). But you don't have to worry about it.

".is this section I'm inquiring about only for people who worked in two states?" - no. There must be an astonishing number of people who live in one state but work in the other, and they are puzzled by what they see - hence the questions. However, I think part of the reason there are so many two state questions is that it is easy to see the changes in the NJ income by comparing it to NY...if you have only NJ income, then people are more likely to not realize that anything happened, like adding back Cafeteria/sec 125 plans amounts.

Thank you so much @BillM223.  And yes, its very common for NJ residents to work in NY and vice versa, so there would be a lot of people that it applies to and who would be reaching out for answers.  But I also think it's because this question wasn't worded the best.  I had to read it 3 times and also really examine my W2 in order to piece together what the question was really trying to get at (it tells you to enter adjustments, but doesn't really explain how you'd know you need to adjust).  Actually, I found most of the NJ state module to be worded vaguely as though whoever wrote it expects people to already know how to do taxes.  NJ module has less guidance and helpful hints than the Federal module.  But again, thanks, I really appreciate your response.
