For New York State tax mailing in, should the w2 summary be attached at the back or front of tax return?

When I downloaded from Turbo tax, the w2 summary was the last in sequence, should it be attached as the first?

It prints in the logical order. So, in the back. You should have the original W-2s that you can attach to the front.
