Hi Exprts,
I have S-Corp (2 member) Partnership in Florida and buy and manage real estate properties.
Could you please let me do i need to file the taxes in Florida?

I am not sure what an "S-Corp Partnership" is (you can have a Partnership that elects to be treated as an S corporation for federal income tax purpose, though).
Regardless, generally, a Florida return would be required to be filed if the S corporation was formerly a C corporation or if, in the case of a partnership, one of the partners was a corporation.
