Does a woman, 74 years old, have to file taxes when her only income is her deceased husbands Pension and Social Security?

It depends- if your pensions income is more than your exemption amount ($25,000) you will have to file a return. If you are not sure, you can enter in TuroTax and it will let you know if you have taxable income.

TurboTax is saying we can't e-file because we need form 7220. Our unit is under 1 MW, so PWA is N/A. We checked the exception box but it still won't e-file. How do I fix?
